Return of goods

• The item must be undamaged and unused

• The return must be made no later than 14 days from the invoice date
• All accompanying accessories must be included
• The item is not a special-order item
• An agreement must be made with the order recipient regarding the return
• A copy of the delivery note/invoice must be included with the returned item
• All shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the buyer

When crediting the returned item, a return fee of 20% of the invoiced sales price will be deducted, with a minimum charge of DKK 500,- excluding VAT.
